At Golfing, we prioritize your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and store your data when you use our golf booking services.

   We utilize OAuth for Social Login (Google, Facebook, Kakao, etc.), but do not collect or store personal information directly from these platforms.

2. 2. Booking Information

   To provide golf booking services, we collect the following information from users:

   • Name
   • Date of birth
   • Gender

   (Collectively referred to as "Booking Information"). This data is stored in our database to facilitate bookings and handle post-booking customer support (CS).

3. 3. Golfer Information

   For user convenience, information about additional participants in bookings ("Golfers") is temporarily stored locally on the user’s device using SharedPreferences.

We do not share any collected data with third parties, including individuals or companies, under any circumstances.

We implement appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect your personal information against accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, alteration, unauthorized disclosure, or access. We regularly review and update these measures to maintain the safety of your data.

• The sensitive information, such as the name associated with booking details, will be securely deleted from our servers the day after the actual golf session takes place. Only the date of birth and gender will be retained for status purposes.
• Golfer Information stored locally on the user’s device can be removed by the user at any time through the Settings menu in the app.

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data. However, no system can guarantee absolute security.

We reserve the right to update these Privacy Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and it is your responsibility to review these terms periodically.

Personal cancellations are only allowed up to 3 days before the reservation date and must be made via email.

Beyond this period, cancellations may be automatically processed according to the golf course’s policies.

Any refund amount will be converted into points of equivalent cash value.
